REPLACEMENTS / REFUNDS: Each item you purchase from Simply Said is made-to-order, specifically for you, and we stand behind every design we make. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, however, we are happy to replace or exchange any product you receive that is defective or incorrect. *Please note: If a defective item is being replaced, it can only be replaced with the original item that was ordered, not a different product or design.

APPLICATION DIFFICULTY: Application of our product is typically fun and worry-free. If a vinyl design is damaged during the application process or if you have difficulty getting your design to adhere to the surface, we will offer a one-time replacement for that item within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be prepared to submit photos of issues you are having with your vinyl design so that we can help troubleshoot future problems. Also keep in mind that Simply Said can only guarantee our vinyl designs will adhere to smooth, flat surfaces. Our product is not recommended for moderate to heavily textured walls or other surfaces with texture. While we offer to replace the vinyl design at no charge, there will be a shipping charge to ship the replacement.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES: Simply Said wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you purchase a non-customized design that you are not satisfied with, you can exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange the item for a product of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference in the product price. If you select an item of lesser value, the difference in product price will not be refunded. In order to exchange your original order, you will be responsible for returning the original product to Simply Said. Exchanges must take place within 30 days of the original order date. Standard shipping charges will apply to have your exchanged item shipped from Simply Said. Exchanges are not allowed if the returned item is not in usable condition. Please note: A 10% restocking fee may be applied.
Items that are not eligible for exchange include, but are not limited to vinyl designs made using the Yourway Online Design Tool, and any Printed Treasures including personalized information. Please carefully consider your custom information when placing a personalized product order with Simply Said, such as color, size, date information, names, locations and any other personalized text.
SHIPPING: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
