Bad experience.
I purchased a rustic dough bowl from the flash sale and one at regular price. Both arrived in flash sale condition. Cracks throughout and not just little ones either. They tried to tell me it was artistic design and each one would vary. I know each one would vary because they are handmade however, a 6 inch crack for a bowl that is not a flash sale item should not be cracked to that extent. They expected me to pay for return shipping. I asked them to resend me a return label because the item was defective and that is not my fault. They never returned my email after the last one I sent. I will not be purchasing from them again. Horrible customer service.

This bowl is unique and so trendy! It is currently holding loose jewelry on my dresser, but it can hold anything you want! I love the individuality of each bowl. I can see some future gifts in my future!
